How to reach the hotel from the airport by public transports:

From the Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport:

• By RER/metro: Take RER B in direction of Paris until “Gare du Nord” station. Take exit Rue de Dunkerque, then take Rue de Maubeuge. In this street you will find Rue Pierre Sémard. Around 800 m from the RER station.

From the Orly airport:

• By RER/metro: Take the Orlyval until “Antony” station. Then take RER B in direction of Paris until “Châtelet les Halles” station. Take metro line 7 in direction of La Courneuve and get off at “Poissonnière”. The hotel is at 200 m walking.

Nearest tube stations:

• Poissonnière: line 7, 200m
• Gare du Nord: RER B D and E, lines 2, 4 and 5, 800 m

How can I cancel my reservation?

You will receive a confirmation of your booking through e-mail. On this confirmation, you will find your confirmation code and a cancellation code. Keep these codes carefully as you will need them if you want to cancel. To cancel the booking, just log on our website, then in « Rates and Bookings », click on « Track/Cancel Reservation », then just follow the procedure. You can use this system only if you have respected the cancellation policy on your confirmation.
